Call For Abstract
Abstract submissions must be made exclusively through the online procedure.
To submit an abstract, you must first register for the Congress
DEADLINE
The deadline for submission of abstracts is February 1st, 2026. Submissions received after this date will not be accepted.
At the end of the registration form, please indicate that you wish to submit an abstract.
Once payment is completed, you will receive an email containing the link for abstract submission.
Abstract submissions via email or fax will not be accepted.
PLEASE NOTE: Only one abstract per submitting/presenting author is permitted.
English grammar must be double checked before submitting the abstract. Abstracts with poor English grammar will be returned and cannot be published.
Abstract Structure
Abstract will split into “Scientific Papers” and “Case Reports”
- Scientific Papers: Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, Disclosures
- Case Reports: Introduction, Case Report, Discussion, Disclosures
- Maximum 450 words (excluding disclosures)
- Define all abbreviations on first use
- Avoid references due to formatting complexity
