Call For Abstract

Abstract submissions must be made exclusively through the online procedure.

To submit an abstract, you must first register for the Congress

DEADLINE:

Deadline for abstract submission have been extended until February 9th, and Early Bird registration until February 28th

At the end of the registration form, please indicate that you wish to submit an abstract.
Once payment is completed, you will receive an email containing the link for abstract submission.
Abstract submissions via email or fax will not be accepted.

PLEASE NOTE: Only one abstract per submitting/presenting author is permitted.

English grammar must be double checked before submitting the abstract. Abstracts with poor English grammar will be returned and cannot be published.

By submitting an abstract, the submitting/presenting author agrees (if the abstract is accepted following review) to assign all copyright rights in their work to the EUNOS Society. Prior to publication in Neuro-Ophthalmology journal, EUNOS will assign all copyright rights in the submitted abstracts to Taylor & Francis. The submitting/presenting author will be asked to accept this term during the submission process.

AWARDS

Travel grants ( 500 euros each; 5 grants )
These are awarded for best submitted abstract. 
The travel grants will  be determined  before the meeting by the Abstract Committee (winners will be notified by email in advance of meeting, awards will be presented at meeting)
 
Best poster Award  (300 euros each, 3 awards)
These are based on best poster presentation at the meeting.
The poster award will be determined by our Scientific Advisory Committee who read and discuss posters with presenters at the meeting.
 
Best Young Investigator Award (300 euros  each, 2 awards). 
These are based on best scientific platform presentation at the meeting, to be determined by the moderators of the Young Investigators sessions.
 
 
Abstract Structure

Abstract will split into “Scientific Papers” and “Case Reports”

  1. Scientific Papers: Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, Disclosures
  2. Case Reports: Introduction, Case Report, Discussion, Disclosures

 

  • Maximum 450 words (excluding disclosures)
  • Define all abbreviations on first use
  • Avoid references due to formatting complexity
